Haarni Sadiq will rejoin JHR Developments for a full season programme in 2026.

After debuting last season in Knockhill and taking part in the Challenge Cup, Sadiq returns in 2026 to contest the Rookie Cup category. He claimed points in only his second race after gaining four positions in race two at Knockhill. He would race in the final two events of the season at Silverstone and Brands Hatch gaining valuable racing knowledge and experience in the races he competed in.

This will be his first full season of racing single seaters after only two years of karting. He raced in the Ultimate Karting Championship and the Junior Rotax Max in SuperOne before joining British F4 in August of last year. He is scheduled to do some testing at the end of February as he prepares for the opening round in April at Donington Park.

After resigning with the team, Haarni Sadiq said: “I’m excited to be coming back with JHR Developments for my rookie season in British F4. I was pleased with how the results came together last year, but I know there’s a lot more to learn. I’m excited to keep building step-by-step with JHR. I’m confident I’m in the right environment and can now focus on building consistency, turning learning into performance over a full season.”

Team Principal of JHR Developments, Steven Hunter, said: “We’re very happy to welcome Haarni back for a full season of racing in British F4. It’s never ideal to join a championship mid-season where you are competing against drivers who already have experience of the cars, but Haarni did well in the few races he did. I think that with the benefit of time to reflect over the winter, and a full testing programme ahead of the first race, he’ll be able to hit the ground running at Donington Park for round one.”
