British F4: Hitech TGR add Chiara Bättig to their 2026 lineup

Chiara Bättig joins Hitech TGR for the upcoming British F4 season making her full time debut in single seaters.

Bättig has a stellar Karting record from the last few years, claiming three consecutive Swiss Karting Championships in the OK Junior category in 2024 with her taking over half the victories that season. Her excellent performances would continue through to the CIK-FIA European Championship where she took pole position at Campillos earlier this year and featured often in the qualifying heats. She would be signed to the Red Bull Junior Team in August after showing her capabilities in the Red Bull Driver Search event at Estoril. In preparation for the upcoming British F4 season, Bättig is competing in the F4 Saudi Arabian Championship to build up her experience and also develop her skills in open wheelers.

After signing with the team, Chiara Bättig said: “I’m thrilled to join Hitech for 2026. British F4 is the right place for that and I’m looking forward to the competition and iconic British tracks, and of course Silverstone. I’m excited to get started and fight for strong results.”
