Martin Molnár and Tommy Harfield took pole position in qualifying for Silverstone races ahead of an exciting weekend of action.

The fastest qualifying times which set the grid for race 3, saw the top five drivers separated by less than a tenth of a second as Molnár took pole position ahead of championship rival Fionn McLaughlin as the Irishman only went four hundredths slower. Ary Bansal would go fastest of the Challenge Cup drivers as he would take third overall in qualifying ahead of Harfield. Dries Van Langendonck went only one thousandth slower than Harfield to claim fifth in qualifying and second of the Rookie Cup drivers behind McLaughlin. Jimmy Piszcyk would qualify ahead of Henry Joslyn as the pair settle with sixth and seventh while Ella Lloyd would claim eighth and second of the Challenge Cup drivers while Ethan Jeff-Hall and August Raber complete the top ten. All 25 drivers who completed times in qualifying were only separated by six tenths of a second in what was a closely fought bout between the British F4 grid.
The second fastest time from each driver set the grid for race 1 later on in the day as Challenge Cup leader, despite no longer being eligible for entry into the Cup due to exceeding the maximum number of entries, Tommy Harfield would claim pole position by even less of a margin between the top five as they were less than four hundredths apart. Bansal would claim second ahead of Molnár and McLaughlin while Van Langendonck completed the top five. Jeff-Hall and Joslyn would finish the session fifth and sixth respectively while Piszcyk would pip Rowan Campbell-Pilling and Adam Al Azhari who complete the top 10 as once more, all 25 drivers were within sixth tenths of each other.
