Starting out in karting at the age of nine, he progressed through the junior ranks at a rapid pace claiming a number of wins in the national championships in the UAE. His skill and talent were evident and really shone through the field as a bright star. In 2024, he would make his way into international competitions with the X30 Senior and Rotax Max Challenge event as well as the Kartmasters Grand Prix where he put on more solid performances.

Palmer will be entering his second full time British F4 season after racing with Xcel Motorsport in 2025 in his first full time single seater campaign. He was too young to compete in the opening round of the season but would join the field for the rest of the season where he managed to claim a best finish of sixth overall twice and finish eighteenth in the overall standings, he would also claim 10 podiums in the Rookie Cup including two wins in the class to finish 4th in the Cup. He enters 2026 with a lot more experience in single seaters and is prepared to take on the challenge once again.

After signing with the team, Theo Palmer said: “I’m really excited to be joining Hitech for this next step in my single-seater career. They’re a really professional team and have either won or been in the fight for the title every year. I can’t wait to learn from them and fight for strong results throughout the season.”

Hitech TGR Team Manager, Dominic Stott, said: “We have kept a close eye on Theo in his British F4 debut season and have been impressed to see the same pace and adaptability that he consistently demonstrated in karting. We are confident he has all the tools to make an immediate impact this season and will continue to develop.”
