Chris Dittmann Racing have announced that young star Tommy Harfield has resigned with the team for the 2026 season.

After an excellent debut season where he initially raced as part of the Challenge Cup, he would claim his maiden podium in the opening race of the season before claiming a further eight podiums which include three victories in the second half of the season to claim fourth in the overall drivers standings after competing in more than the maximum allowed for the Challenge Cup. He enters 2026 with the chance to take the British F4 championship after showing significant growth throughout his first season averaging a finish of 6.5.
With the announcement, Tommy Harfield said: “I’m so excited to be back in British F4, and even more so to be able to carry on what we started with Chris Dittmann Racing. We ended the season strongly, and we’ll be working flat-out now to make sure we pick-up where we left off when we get to round one at Donington. On my side, I know what I need to work on to put myself in a place to target the championship, and I’ll be leaving no stone unturned chasing that goal.”
Team Principal, Chris Dittmann said: “We are thrilled to welcome Tommy back to the team and we are fully focused on helping him achieve the goal of winning the title. Ending last season with three victories means we’ve got good momentum going into this year and we aim to be challenging from the very first session. Tommy was a very consistent finisher in 2025, so with an extra year of experience of the car and circuits under his belt it can only be a good thing. We can’t wait to get started!”
