Salim Hanna will join Virtuosi Racing for a couple rounds this year starting with Thruxton this weekend.

The Columbian started his career with an excellent International Karting background. Claiming a third-place finish in the OK class and the WSK Champions Cup while also taking wins in the 2022 WSK Open Cup and Trofeo Delle Industrie in the OKJ category.
Making the transition to single seaters, the 15-year-old would race in Formula Trophy and the F4 Middle East Championship in the early part of this year. He now joins the British F4 grid for a few rounds this year alongside his Italian F4 and E4 Championship campaigns. Having already started his Italian F4 campaign with some success, he has claimed three overall podiums in the six races he has competed in so far while having only finished outside the top five once. The Columbian is also leading the Rookie championship in the Italian F4 series with 5 wins in 6 races in the class.
After signing with the team, Salim Hanna said: “I’m excited to take on this new challenge with Virtuosi Racing in British F4, confident that this next step will help me strengthen my skills and develop further as a racing driver.”
Virtuosi Team Principal Mark Salmon: “We’re pleased to have Salim Hanna with us at Virtuosi this year for selected races in British F4. The testing we have done with Salim so far this season has gone well and we’re looking forward to our first race weekend together at Thruxton.”
