The fourth and final driver in the Hitech lineup has been confirmed today with Xavier Avramides signing for the team for his 2025 campaign.

The young Australian steps up to the category making his debut in cars after spending a number of years in the karting category. He started out in the Cadet class in the Australian Kart Championship in 2018 and after a few years of solid progression in both that series and many others, he went on to become Queensland state champion in 2022. Then he made the move to Europe in 2023 where he would race in OK, KZ and KZ2 categories of karts where he would go on to claim victories at each of those levels.
After signing with the team, Xavier Avramides said: “Following my pre-season testing and getting to know the team, I am thrilled with this great opportunity that Hitech have given me. After meeting the team, my team-mates, and having a brief chance to work with them already, I couldn’t be more excited to begin this new chapter of my racing career.”
Team Manager, Dominic Stott also stated with the announcement: “We are delighted to welcome Xavier to the team for this season. Having tested with us towards the end of 2024, we were impressed with Xavier’s attitude and speed from the first few days. He still has a lot to learn but working with the team we have put together we will be hoping for a strong year.
“It is always pleasing to provide drivers from as far afield as Australia with the opportunity to progress, and it shows how strong the British F4 Championship is for nurturing talent at this level.
“There are a lot of young karters coming through into F4 this year and with three rookies of our own in Xavier, Thomas and Fionn, paired with the experience of Leo, we believe we have all the right ingredients to defend our titles from last year against some strong competition.”
