Century Motorsport will return to the topflight of GT racing in Britain as they take on the Silverstone 500 next week.

The team will race in the GT3 category with the new BMW M4 GT3 Evo with the Silver Am duo of Jon Kearney and Will Moore. Will Moore first raced in British GT back in 2015 and remained in the GT4 category until last year where he made the move with Century to run in the GT World Challenge Europe series for 2025. Moore has raced a variety of different cars like the Aston Martin Vantage and the Ford Mustang before making the move to BMW with Century. He finished runner-up in 2021 alongside Matt Cowley when he ran with Academy Motorsport finishing behind his future team of Century Motorsport in the overall GT4 category standings. Moore has only raced in GT3’s on one previous occasion which was back in 2016 driving the Audi R8.

His teammate Jon Kearny will be making his debut in British GT after only starting his career three years ago. He would finish runner up that year in the Ginetta GTA Championship to fellow Century Motorsports driver Ravi Ramyead who is racing in the GT4 Class. He would most recently race in the 24 hours of Barcelona finishing third in class.

With the announcement Will Moore said: “I’m very excited and feeling positive for the Silverstone 500. The pairing with Will and Century in the BMW has come at a good time in my progress. Testing has been solid and, while we know it’s a guest entry, we’re not here to make up the numbers. I’m really looking forward to getting back on track in the UK and joining the British GT grid for the Silverstone 500. It’s a great opportunity to get more mileage in the BMW M4 GT3 EVO, which will only help as we continue our GT World Challenge Europe campaign. Racing at Silverstone is always special, and with the support of Century and Jon alongside me, I think we’ve got a solid package for the weekend. We’re aiming to make the most of it.”

Century Motorsport won the 2023 Silverstone 500 with Darren Leung and Dan Harper with the aim to add another overall victory at the race to their name.
