The first part of qualifying saw group one with only Daryl DeLeon setting a time in the first 7 minutes of the session. Tom Ingram then went fastest breaking the lap record before Ash Sutton beats him to top the session by the end of Group 1.

With Sutton and Ingram leading the group, Mikey Doble, Daniel Rowbottom, Josh Cook and Adam Morgan also advanced to the second part of qualifying. This left DeLeon, Shedden, Taylor-Smith, Hall, Jelley, Halstead and Bensley all with their qualifying sessions ended early.

Group 2 of Qualifying would see Jake Hill lead a early BMW 1-2-3 in the group before they fell down the order as the front wheel drive cars started setting faster lap times.

The end of the session saw Cammish go fastest ahead of Chris Smiley and James Dorlin. Meanwhile Dan Lloyd, Tom Chilton and Charles Rainford also advanced leaving Hill out of qualifying in group 2 in 10th, meaning he'll start in 20th on the grid.

The second part of qualifying saw the top 12 battle it out with Cook leading the early phases from Rainford before everyone else set lap times both of them ended the session in the elimination zone. Ingram would go fastest ahead of Sutton and Doble while Cammish Morgan and Rowbottom would also advance to the final part of qualifying.

The final part of qualifying would see Cammish lead the way ahead of Ingram before Sutton would stop on track at the entry to Brundle causing a red flag.

The final order would not change from there as Cammish claimed pole from Ingram and Rowbottom. Doble would be the fastest of the Independent drivers while Morgan would round out the top 5 on the grid.
