Young star Daryl DeLeon set the fastest time in day 2 with a record setting lap in the afternoon session at Croft.

Ash Sutton after setting solid times throughout yesterday's running with the third fastest time in both sessions yesterday, sets the fastest time for the morning running of day 2 with a 1:20.958.
Chris Smiley would set the second fastest time just a quarter of a second behind the NAPA driver while Josh Cook, Daniel Rowbottom and James Dorlin set times within 0.060 of Smiley as they complete the top five fastest runners.
Yesterday’s fastest driver, Tom Ingram, puts in another solid session again with him putting himself ahead of Dan Cammish in the Focus who completed the most laps in the morning session. Charles Rainford puts in the eighth quickest time only just over half a second off the pace of Sutton and ahead of Árón Taylor-Smith and Tom Chilton who complete the top ten in a much closer session then yesterday’s running.
The afternoon session would be dry unlike the first day of testing with a different mix of drivers at the top. DeLeon would not only complete the most number of laps in this session but would also set a new record lap for the circuit, beating Ingram’s pole lap from last season. However, he was not the only one to do so with Restart Racing’s Dorlin joining him, having topped the timesheets with his time before it got snatched away by DeLeon.
Rainford in the second of the BMW’s would set the third fastest time ahead of the NAPA Racing duo of Cammish and Sutton who complete the top five. Chris Smiley would also put in a strong showing for Restart Racing as well with a solid day for the Independent team. Chilton would take the seventh fastest time putting in another solid run of laps throughout the afternoon while Rowbottom, Ingram and Taylor-Smith complete the top ten fastest times.
