Rowbottom took the win in the second race of the Croft weekend making it his 3rd race win of the season in an excellent drive.

Tom Ingram once again starting on pole alongside Dan Cammish as the the two would get a solid start and fight into turn 1 as Cammish applies pressure. Ingram manages to defend as they bridge a small gap to Proctor behind. Meanwhile, Rainford and DeLeon would fight on the opening lap with the two BMW's scraping away. DeLeon would keep 6th before both drivers make their way by Senna Proctor who made an error as well as passing Adam Morgan.
Back at the front, Dan Rowbottom and Tom Chilton would be on a charge passing the hard running Cammish before also passing Ingram as the pair put up little defense against their relative teammates.
Rowbottom would lead Chilton on lap 4 as the Hyundai puts pressure on Rowbottom and the pair continue the Ford vs Hyundai battle for the lead this weekend that their teammates started. Ash Sutton on lap 5 had made up 10 places off the start doing an excellent fight back through the field and was hunting down Gordon Shedden for 9th. Cammish would continue to drop places on the hards losing out to DeLeon, Morgan and Rainford as the trio quickly take the positions from the NAPA driver.
Ingram would drop a couple places as DeLeon moves up to the final podium spot before Ingram let his Hyundai teammate of Morgan by. Sutton would make the move on Shedden before passing his NAPA Racing teammate of Cammish before quickly making the move on Árón Taylor-Smith to make his way into 7th place.
Sutton would manage to make his presence against his championship rival known, attacking Ingram quickly before getting by at the half way point of the race meaning he had made up 14 place by this point. Sutton would continue his charge as he would do the switchback on Rainford into turn 1 before completing the pass at the chicane.
Bad luck would then hit for Taylor-Smith as he would end up with a puncture meaning he would have to pull into the pits and lose any chance of getting points.
Ingram and Cammish continued to drop back another position each. Ingram would lose a place to Shedden's Toyota who claims 7th while the BMW of Aiden Moffat would pass Cammish for 9th place. Battling between Rainford and Shedden for 6th place would commence in the final 3 laps as the Toyota looked to make an impression on the BMW but there wasn't enough of an opportunity to get his way by.
But, nothing could stop Rowbottom out front who took an early advantage and never looked back to take victory in race 2 at Croft. Chilton would come home second ahead of DeLeon who rounds out the podium. Morgan would manage to come home in 4th ahead of Sutton and Rainford while Shedden would take home 7th. Ingram would manage to keep hold of 8th while Moffat would finish in 9th ahead of Cammish who completes the top 10.
In the reverse grid draw, Rowbottom would pick out the no.9 ball meaning everyone in the top 9 would be reversed and Moffat would start on pole ahead of Ingram for the final race of the weekend.
